The City Of San Diego keeps ticketing me when I am parked in a designated HCPT zone by my apartment on street sweeping days. The City is in violation of CA.Gov California Department of Motor Vehicles VC Section 22511.5… This could be a class action suit as I’m certain I am not the only one with Disabled plates or a plaque being ticketed.
I can be reached at (619) 502-0746 or at welch_const_co@yahoo.com. If you use my email, be certain to reference Calif ADA Parking Codes on the subject line.
Thank you!
Alan Welch
